#COVIDPLATEAU: CHALLENGES WITH BORDER CLOSURE

107

It has been discovered lately that the Police now take bribes to allow persons from other states enter Plateau State amid border closure order from the Governor of the state in an attempt to contain the disease in the state.
The Police have since come to self-defense; accusing their leadership of not giving them what is given by government, that is motivation and moral(MONEY)

With this unfortunate event, the state is hereby at risk of being open to persons that maybe infected with the CORONAVIRUS pandemic. Also,

  • it is time for community policing
  • Vigilantes and volunteer neighborhood watch to man our borders as first line of defence because, NO ONE CAN DEFEND THEIR LAND(BORDERS) MORE THAN THE LOCALS (NATIVES)

While the police and security agencies can firm second line of defence with arms and ammunition in case some want to break the first line of defence.

We also suggest that ALL COMMISSIONERS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO THEIR LGA BORDERS TO WORK WITH THE VIGILANTES AND COMMUNITY SECURITY ARCHITECTURE.

WE HOPE THE GOVERNOR CONSIDERS THIS AS THERE IS NO WORK AT THE STATE DURING THIS LOCKDOWN.
